exporting cadence model to ADS.

Hi. all
I have the Candence PDK which is provided from the foundry company.
but, I want to simulate the circuit in the ADS with this PDK.
so I,m trying to export cadence's Cmos model library to ADS Cmos model library.

Can you tell me how to export cadence's model to Ads's model ?

hi, I exported the AMS BSIM3v3 HSPICE (only the transistor model) to ADS using the import file option.
I can not do it with ADS2004A but you can do it with out any problem with ADS2002

The model works well.
