The FET6254-C is a cost-efficient and advanced performance System on Module (SoM) based on TI Sitara. AM62x series industrial grade SoCs powered by ARM Cortex-A53 cores with speeds up to 1.4GHz. It's integrated with a wide array of interfaces such as dual Gigabit Ethernet ports enabled with TSN, USB 2.0, LVDS, RGB parallel, UART, OSPI, CAN-FD, Camera and Audio.
The SoM is designed with four ultra-thin connectors on its back for mating with carrier board and the combined height is only 2mm, which is convenient for plug operations and maintenance. All functional pins are available on a compact layout, which is much more convenient for users to do development work and all components on it are industrial grade with operating temperature ranges from -40℃ to +85℃.
