exchange hard drives on laptops, and it dose not boot

Hi,

i have two laptops ( from the same company,but different model). both was running on winXP

i exchanged the hard drive, but systems can not reboot. (on the BIOS setup, i can see my hardrive) .

any idea what's could be wrong?
