any information avalible for Ethernet physical layer which support IEEE 802.3-2002
with 10/100/1000 M.
looking for the chip ?

I think you can use Motorola MC9S12NE64 microcontroller that support ethernet 802.3 with good driver and application note about it in www.freescale.com
