Analog etching tank
Its dimensions are 15x19cm. It is quite small and smaller boards can be etchedwith it. It is equipped with a heater 25W and a beep. The heater is quite weak, so heating the solution takes about 30minutes. The driver consists of a periodic timer based on 4093 system. It periodically switches the aeration on and off in regulated intervals. A simple thermostat based on few transistors and a thermistor controls the heater. The thermostat keeps the temperature of 40-48 degrees Celsius. Originally, the etching tank was equipped with a glass thermometer, but finally it was a thermometer on ds1820 and a Nokia display.

Processor etching tank
The second etching tank is based on another driver. The housing is glued from foamed PVC spatuled and painted with a shower. The aquarium dimensions are 27x31cm, so bigger boards can be etched. The heaters are 2x100W, which is enough to quite rapid heating up the solution (over a dozen minutes).
