It is a design of an etching tank for PCB.
Standard DS18B20 sensor measures the temperature of the solution. Enabling and disabling the heater and the pump is implemented using triacs BT-139 controlled by optotriacs MOC3041.
Scheme:



There is a possibility to set the temperature, hysteresis and time of etching after which the controller switches off the heating and aeration.
The manual mode can be also set, what means enabling and disabling the heater and the pump any time. In the automatic mode the heater operates all the time in the range of set temperature and hysteresis, and it switches off after a certain time, which was previously set.
All the parameters are set on alphanumeric display 16x2 characters. Four simple microswitches are used to enter the parameters.
The controller uses two heaters 2x100W.



The program was written in C.
Below the Fuse Bits settings:



Disable means not programmed bit, equal 1.
Enable means a programmed bit, equal 0.
