This etching tank (both housing and aquarium) is made of plexiglass, because glass aquarium can easily be broken. Another advantage of that material is that it reduces weight of the device. Aeration is carried out by cables and hoses not going outside the aquarium, but through a side wall below the liquid level. Presented idea is based on making three different walls cut of plaxiglass using laser. Stuck together, they act as an inverted siphon.
The whole heats to 40 degrees Celsius within about 10 minutes. The process of etching lasts approximately 10-14 minutes.
Additionally, there is a holder for etched boards and a cover that prevents from evaporation and splattering the solution during the aeration.
