I have some questions:
Do you know if this ESR meter can be used to measure rechargeable
batteries?
Trimpot R8 on schematic is 500R or 500k?
Capacitor C9 .47uF x 400v., need to be 400 volts?
Capacitor C12 4.7uf, how many volts?
which type is the capacitor C9 an C12?
Can I use capacitors with 250 volts?
I'd like to build a simple circuit without leds and IC3 IC4.
