Errors in Stratix II when generating the download file

It's the first for us to use it. When generating the download file, some errors appeared and the operation failed. Anyone else has the same experience?

Currently I do not use Stratix II because the DK hasn’t arrived yet. Please explain your problems in detail. I think there are some people around who can help.

Now we confirm it's the software problem. The Quarturs II 4.1 has some bugs.
Everything is OK except that we cannot generate the download file.

Did you install the SP 1 or SP 2 for Quartus II 4.1?

We have installed the SP2. But it seemed that it did not work, ^_^
We have reported the problem. So now we are waiting for the response from Altera.
