Hi,
I tried to install ssmtp package in raspberry pi, but i am getting error like this:

pi@raspberrypi ~ $ sudo apt-get install ssmtp
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Package ssmtp is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package 'ssmtp' has no installation candidate
I am using raspbian OS for my raspberrypi.
Can anyone guide me please to sort out this issue

Hi,
I have corrupted my OS files, that's the reason for not getting installed the SSMTP package.
I formatted the disk and installed new OS in my SD card & tried it, it got installed without any issue
