Error when launching Allegro 14.2 (Cannot open message file)

I recently experiencing problems with Allegro 14.2. When I try to start the software it gives a message:

"Cannot open message file, env path is possibly set incorrectly.

critical variables not set in the env file, ...."

I have PCBENV folder and I copied env file into C:\Cadence\PSD_14.2\share\pcb\text but still gives the same message any idea??

It used to work poroperly.

Looks like you need the missing file ...

I advise you to use v15.0 instead !!! Very good one !
