ERROR occurs when i run icfb of cadence ic5

when i run "icfb" in TEXT mode of REDHAT 7.3, error occurs:
*error* Xwindow display initialization failure!
but i can run "icfb" successfully in terminal window of the GNOME graph mode of REDHAT 7.3.

why??? :?: :?: :?:
 

icfb cannot be run in TEXT mode!@!!!
