Am tried simulating the battery charger ic (MAX745) in OrCAD , i attached the screen shots of circuit and the resulting error screen about floating error. the circuit is drawn as such in MAX 745 datasheet. ,

It seems that you do not have PSpice model for MAX 745 and several other components used in circuit. For PSpice simulation you must use parts available in ../tools/Capture/library/PSpice folder.
