error in fusion compiler DFT-1816 during 'logic_opto' step. i have 1590 scan reg in 'ext_edt_mode' and 39 chains in total but tool is asking for one more extra chain. I am running r2g flow, rtl to GDSII flow during insert_dft when the chain starts tracing the error is popping up. l
