Hi Dear,

This can be made if you have the DR coupling data. Almost all the companies which make DRs have this data in the form of software on their sites.

Now about coupling equivalent circuit.

This can be modelled by a transformer. Turns ratio are decided from the coupling coefficient.

Equivalent of a microstrip is known and the equivalent of DR is a parallel RLC combination.

More info on DRs can be had from the book called Dielectric Resonators by Kajfez. There are a lot of app-notes available on web too.
