Anybody know the equivalent IC of CA3130 which replace this IC ?
or any website link.
 

You need to show the circuit. Same applies for your transistor question.
 




Have any IC which is the same function as CA3130 in mobile bug circuit....................?

You're in luck - there is a very cheap, easy to find replacement. Free air has the equivalent function in this circuit.
The same circuit, in color, was discussed recently, in this thread.
