Hello,
I m going to implement a 3 phase energy meter. It uses CT to measure current. Do I need connect a CT with specfic turn ratio or any turn ratio will do the job? How do i select CT. The link is given below.

A current transformer is just that, for instrumentation they are often 1000 : 1, allowing a 1A meter to read 1000 A. If you want a 1 A meter to read 50A full scale deflection, then you need a 50 :1. So what current do you propose to be the maximum to be measured and what current does your monitoring device need?
