Hi All,
While doing ATPG in Encounter test, I am facing an warning (TTM-362).
Warning TTM-362 : At event "event" of the scanop sequence, observable scan element "block_name" is corrupted. Since the value captured by this scan element may have been
overwritten, the latch is removed from the scan chain as a valid measure point. This condition
may increase the difficulty of testing some faults.
I feel tool is not able to understand udp_dff which is written in table.
Need suggestion how to fix this issue?
