encounter radInit problem

the initialization tcl script rdainit.tcl failed

hello everybody here;
I got a problem after installing First Encounter;
when I start up it ,in terminal ,by typing "encounter", it will tell me taht
"tcl script rdaInit.tcl initialization failed........"
and I beg your reply!

what I have installed is SUSE10.0
and I also find this problem on another PC which have the same OS;
In addtion, I donot confront this problem on the Redhat Enterprise 4 referring to
the same installaion course, so I doubt the problem have sth to do with the OS;
