i have a motor with rotary encoder,the encoder's output is a sine wave of frequency 2200HZ and amplitude of 50mV,which is too small signal,anyway,i did a circuit using lm324 to amplify that signal with a gain of 80,the circuit works just fine on the software,when i do the same circuit on a breadboard,the sine wave from the encoder seems to be somewhat distorted by noise,and the output is nothing at all,i don't know where's the problem

What do you mean by specification?,cause i mentioned that the sine wave is of frequency 2.2KHZ and amplitude 50mV,are there any other info you want to know about the signal?
Important is the output impedance or drive capability if you have longer lines to drive and need to terminate them on the receiving side. If it is 50mV on 120 Ohm, then you could terminate the twisted pair line from the encoder. If not then the sine/cosine amplifier needs to be closed to encoder. What kind of encoder is it?
