EMI EMC UNECE Regulation No 10 how to find the required values from the Spec

I am new to EMC testing and I need to find the below things from UNECE Regulation No 10.

I checked the UNECE Regulation No 10 documents but did not find anything.

I am sure my inexperience is troubling me.

Need to find the below information.

Particulars of the nominal value of the direct current resistance and, in the case of resistive ignition cables, of their nominal resistance per metre:

From where I will get these values.

Not sure what you are asking. You understand that the question is about the ignition system of a combustion engine? If you are testing a vehicle and it's involving a combustion engine, what's the problem in acquiring the information?
