EMC capacitor with two ground connections?

Hello,

Do you know the part number for these things, they are like ceramic caps , and come in eg 1206 sizeish cases, and they have like a double ground connection.

it looks like these caps have a dc current rating, the dc current does actually flow through them.?
 

Yes. Some have inductance deliberately built in as well to make a filter. Murata are a good starting point to look for such devices although other companies make them.
