Embedding Flash drive electronics in wristwatches.

Is it feasible to design and manufacture Wristwatches embedding Flash drive electronics?.
This will be a combo product for both Analog and Digital Wristwatches.

I think you should look on the markets first before asking such questions.

There are already watches with radio, TV, internet, mobile phone connections and a variety of body sensors on board. Data storage on wristwatches has been around for more the 20 years.
