Hello all,
I am a young electronics engineer with Intermediate level of expertise in Embedded systems. I have just completed my B.tech & presently working in a big telecommunication firm {unluckily got placed here } but as i have interest only in core electronics, i am gonna quit from here,soon.

Now, i have a very big doubt for which i need some experts comment by professionals. My only aim of Life is to open my "Own businesses" after few years {a small scale firm as i don't have much capital with me}.
Although, i have good knowledge and hands on experience in embedded systems, but as per my market study and search, i have found that scope of new comer small scale embedded industry in India is not much more than training institute which give trainings to B.tech students or max to max , device driver development if one have some good links in industry or defense.Hence, this field isn't a very good option for small scale industry opening.

Now, another field in which my mind find interest in PLC & Automation. But as this is a very new field in India , i didn't find much resources to ask ansd search about its scope ,if considered for business.

So, now my question is, Is there any scope of small scale business with good future return in the field of automation. If yes, what types of businesses can be done in this field?
My plan is to work for few years in industry and then to open my own firm after getting a good exposure in the field,so what type of job should i seek now in Automation industry which could be considered for businesses later. And what type of training/certificate course i need to pursue to get those jobs?

Please Guide...

{To Admin:I am new to this forum, so i am not sure whether i have posted this question in right sub-forum.If not, then please tell in which sub forum of Edaboard i should post this. }

Thanks and Regards
Anky

Well, it depends on the market. In my country (Mexico) I know of a lot of small businesses dedicated to didactive (teaching) and customized automation (making machines given some specs) for big industries, and they are going pretty well.
