Hello everybody,

I need to design a mobile system, I'm going to use one of this boards,

1st board

2nd board

3rd board

This system will work with batteries and I will use 19" LCD for display.

when I check the Manual of 1st board I saw that its not supporting the 19"LCD with LVDS. So I need to connect via VGA and I need A-D converter and inverter boards, am i right?

The woman whose selling the 3rd board told me that their board supports the 19"LCD with LVDS, is it possible connect the LCD directly to the board with a lvds cable? Do i need an inverter board again?

And i want to install windows ce to this system, what can I use to store data, as i search there is an option as embedded disk. But I don't know what the people use generally at those systems. Is there any cheap way?

Thank you

Well Have you the ibase.tw.com.
They have some x86 based boards for similar purpose.
Another thing, Why WinCE??? Wont Linux work for your client???

In any case you may consider ARM boards too for you purpose. They support both WinCE and Linux too.
Well if you can share more Idea and for what purpose you want then you may get few more replies too.

Actually I was working for Thinclient (OS) development. So My knowledge regarding HW may be not appropriate.
