In Uni Junction Transistor (UJT), why the supply is going to capacitor first and then to UJT.. Why UJT not getting the supply first????
 

you mean the ac signal ip given to the tranny right
then the signal is coupled using capacitor we limit both the dc component from entering the tranny that is why thay are called blocking capacitors

In UJT operation (block diagram i attached), When the DC supply is given, it will not trigger UJT first, the capacitor initially charged to peak point (vp), it only triggers the UJT... Why UJT is not triggered by the DC supply..???
