It is based on a broken scooter. The modifications were:
- reinforcing the frame with steel brackets
- replacing the motor for a stronger one
- replacing the battery trays
- replacing cells into greater ones
- shifting the rear wheel toward the right side of the frame in order to make the engine less stick
- shifting the original brake was also required
- changing the brake handle
- welding the wheel base to make it more vertically placed
- replacing the shunt in a driver for a copper wire – removing the limitations
The motor is set on steel brackets screwed to the plate via pieces of skin, what prevents wiping the paint on the bike and slightly attenuates the high frequency vibrations. Because the rack on wheel wasn't central, it caused different tension of the chain from that in which the wheel was. That also caused the chain easier fell. A fence from aluminum channel bar was mounted. It sometimes generates sounds of the chain rubbing because of its width. While reinforcing the frame, the side mountings to the closing plate were replaced and nuts were welded to make easier the closing/opening the plate. Rubber on a checker board is a car door seal.
If for the accumulators, 30km range is expected for economical driving.
The parameters:
- V max: 26km/h
- range expected: 30km
- battery capacity: 12Ah
- rated voltage: 12V battery, 36V summary
