Electric bike

It's a upgrade of this bike.

I hope changes that i'm going to make will increase power 3 times.
I had electric engine 450W 36V.
Max range 30km
Top speed 40 km/h
Accumulators displacement 12Ah
Nominal viltage 40V
Distance made 270km

Disadvantages:
-unsteady transmission ( chain like to feel down),
-no gearbox,
-problems with uphills,
-too fast,
- high situated center of inertia,
- direct system of power transmission cause problems on downhills ( engine breaking).

Advantages:
-high range even without cycling,
- low current collection - 5A when 15 km/h
- very simple but with costs ( short life of bowls, axis, chains)

I would like to rebuilt:
- transmission
* neutral gear
* gearbox
* better torque
- lower the center of inertia
* accumulators under wheel
- Tighten construction
- paint

At the moment i'm waiting for cassete 80z to placed instead of cranks. After that i need to connect it with smaller one. At the end fix the engine.

Electric bike

nice bike.. may i try it someday?

Electric bike

man
I had a dream for a larger motorcycle

using some OTC Lithium Ion batteries that are
designed for a rechargeable lawnmower

a locking clutch lever to engage the cells with a mechanical switch when its ride time
and and motor controller

I never worked out the charging system or any #'s for power and weight and gearing

But

VERY NICE BIKE !
