Hi

Is editing .tek file enough??

Inside a .tek file, what is the meaning of RSH, SMIN, WMIN, T, D for metals; RHO, T, and EPS for diff layers??

Is correct adding or deleting layers to .tek file as you need???
 

RSH= METAL SHEET RESITANCE
SMIN=MINIMUM SPACING BASED ON DRC RULES
WMIN=MINIMUM WIDTH
T=METAL THICKNESS

RHO=LAYER RESISTIVITY
T=LAYER THICJNESS
EPS= LAYER DIELECTRIC CONSTANT


YOU CAN MODIFY THE FILE BASED ON YOUR TECH FILE
