Hi All,

as you know there is some circuits respond to positive edge trigger and other respond to negative edge trigger

i need a circuit that respond to any change in the edge trigger (positive or negative)
is there some thing can do that
 

That's pretty vague; could you be more specific? How fast? Voltage levels? One way is to use two flip-flops and an XOR gate.
 

Probably make a pair of one-shots, with pulse width less
than high and low dwell times of the signal (so they don't
go into float), one HL triggered and the other LH, OR the
two and clock whatever with the logical combo. You'll pick
up some more delay, of course.

An XOR/XNOR with both inputs driven from the same source
but one leg lagged, is a handy one shot triggered from both
edges.
