ecg denoising-regd muscle aritfacts and TFDT

I am doing project on ecg denoising using wavelets in matlab
I am able to add white noise and perform denoising using different thresholding techniques(fixed, heursure, sqtwolog, minimaxi).
I need muscle artifacts to be added as noise. Where can I find muscle artifacts as a signal in text format?
Also what is time frequency dependent thresholding?
How to perform time frequency dependent thresholding?

hi i found muscle artifacts in .mat format and converted it to .txt format
