Nothing in the model file would give you that information.
You need to calculate it graphically. Or Can take help of one of the appendix from Allen holberg.
Well... ya... that was precisely my doubt... I could not find any parameter in the model which would lead me to find the early voltage.
Well thanks anyway to all the guys who replied... there are various indirect ways of finding it out.. But just wanted the fastest method (which couldnt have been a simpler than a small computation from the model)...
