are you talking about Eagle to Protel, or do you actually mean Altium?

I think what your are looking for is a ULP. Search for "export-protelpcb.ulp" at [1]. Which EAGLE version do you use?

I didn't use Eagle. I only have the sch file.

Ok, you may use the free version of EAGLE to convert it. The free version allows only the use/creation of two layer boards and a limited board size. But that schould not be your concern, as you are only interested in the schematic.
