Hello,

I have just changed all my library component lettering to "vector" font, so that they print in the right place.

However, when i go to the schematic, and click a component, and then go "replace", and point to the part i want to replace it with, it doens replace.....the "value" in the schematic stays as "proportional" font as described in the "attribute" window.

Why is my "replace" not working?

Also, i tried "update", and the components did not update to the vector font ones that are in the library...do you know why?

Try adding a new component of that type and it should look like your new library part, then delete the original. I have had this happen myself and it does seem illogical but it works.

Also, try "update library" rather than "replace".
