Eagle installation error on Linux Mint 21

Dear sirs,
I want to install Eagle 7.7.0 on my Linux Mint 21 but when installation begins I got an error message:
Ensure the following libraries are available:
libssl.so.1.0.0 => not found
libcrypto.so.1.0.0 => not found
I have tried several tips from several different sources without success!
Can someone help me?

You don't need the specific version if you have a
later one. But maybe you have none. Use your
software manager tool to find the modules, whose
name may differ from what you see (may be part
of larger bundles; a little Googling ought to let
you know what the "apt-get install" target has to
be (or whatever Mint likes, for that).
