Pls guide me to design footprint for ee1304 vertical 10pin bobbin for my ferrite transformer..... I am new to eagle...........

1) Are you just drawing the pcb without a schematic, so just the footprint may suffice, or do you need a complete device, so you can use schematic capture?
2) Can you find a similar component in the Eagle libraries? If so, it is easiest to copy that component and modify it.
3) If you need a complete device, and you cannot find something similar in Eagle, please attach a link to the datasheet for your device, and someone here will help you. In that case, be sure you are using Eagle 6.00 or greater.

i have the schematic and i found a ee20 core in the eagle library but i want a 10pin footprint but the ee20 was for 8 pin .......

It is quite easy to modify a component in the library. Open "library", copy the existing device. Then open new device, name it, paste, modify as you need, and save. Since you are adding pins, you will have to modify the "symbol' and "package" separately, Then open device, name it, and make the appropriate connections.

Again, if you give a link to the datasheet, someone here will probably do it for you.
