EAGLE: BOM and how highlight components in scm?

How do you highlight components more distinguishably in eagle.....the "eye" thingy highlights them but not very brightly.

Also, how do i get a BOM from my eagle scm?
 

Run one of the ULPs with BOM in the filename.
