how to autoroute eagle

Hello,

I made package for Wells TSOP40 package and made BRD file. When I start
autorouter 0% is done when finish. I mean there is no made any wire.
Can somebody help me what's problem?

SOLVED !!!

When I made new parts by mistake I draw new part with layer 20 (dimension) instead layer 21 ))

That was problem
