I am looking for an eshop which will shell electronic components, LCD, chips etc. Plz help also where could i find easily datasheets?

For datasheets, the absolute best methods are to visit the manufacturers' sites and use www.google.com - that's how I find mine. Texas does a lot of generic parts as well as their own, so that's a good place to start:
