Duplicate part reference: M00000015 [M00000015]. [Ref(V+)]

I am getting duplicate part reference error in the attached proteus file. I have also attached my code to program microcontroller and the expected output plots. Therefore, I request you to kindly correct the simulation errors as soon as possible. Also, suggest me the correction explicitly.

I am also attaching a photo of circuit diagram below. In the schematic design, the components are connected by joining wires. In the proteus file, the connections are done by representing through same wire label
