Duel mosfet ac controller

I am unable to understand this circuit it from jbc soldering station.and i am trying to build one with duel mosfet to control ac with low power loss.if anyone know susuitable circuit pleas let me know.thanks

A triac circuit is commonly used to adjust mains AC.

It looks like the right half of your schematic runs on 3.3V (some kind of switcher/oscillator). It turns the optocouplers On at the proper moment to turn on the mosfets. It's hard to be sure how current flows and at what voltage. Since it's from a soldering station it probably adjusts power to the soldering iron.
