Can anybody help me to choose a good SRAM dual port to use with my Xilinx Virtex2 Pro that have few control signals and it is easy to use...

It's already there, just use the Logicore builder. Or do you mean external ?

without LogiCore or IP ... Only basic signals to write or Read from external memory...
