According to this paper https://www.hamanuals.com/S1/CX7/Articles/Mosfet.pdf a dual gate mosfet has significant advantages over common transistors and mosfets.

It seems that information on the internet is quite limited. Any information about biasing, characteristics, examples in circuits will be valuable.

Usually a dual gate mosfet , will be used in RF applications . for example in a mixer or in an IF amplifier stage . it is enough that you consider it as two mosftes .

That's two mosfets connected as a cascode configuration?

What about dynamic range, the paper states that it is much better, but this paper if of the 60's

The ability to handle very small and quite large signals simultaneously, without significant intermodulation distortion.
I was having the legendary bf981 in mind...
