hi friends i need antenna design for dual circular polarization antenn for 1.575 GHz

If you need to transmit/receive with a circular polarization, you will need one antenna for each (LHCP, RHCP) polarization. If you use a linearly-polarized antenna, it can work with both LHCP AND RHCP, only with ~3 dB loss.
