Can anyone has any idea as to What Timeout means in reference to Dual Parallel APODYS 18 KVA Emerson Chloride UPS.
We have an alarm for" CAN Communication Problem" INVERTER TIMEOUT AND ? MARK ON DISPLAY when AC Supply breaker is energized, though the Charger is normal i.e there is no alarm.

Note : Its partner UPS is healthy but in shutdown position

'Timeout' could mean 'timed out'. A unit waits long enough for a response (maybe a fraction of a second) then decides someone's out to lunch. My connections to bank websites sometimes report 'timed out' if I'm idle too long.
