DSProcessors to audio processors ?

Hi

What are the features that must be in a DSPr for it to be an audio processor,
what operations(or instructions) should it capable to do?

Audio processing does not need a dsp, they can be easily done using any processor like ARM.
The challenge is in video processing not audio processing.

but please can u provide more details .. like if we changed the application to video processing, what operations will we need..

I'm implementing my DSPr on mips core, and needs to specify some applications for it, what r the best , video processing?

Most of processing for video and audio is related to encoding and decoding.
For video, I used before a dual core processor to meet real-time requirements.
 

If your DSP has C++ compiler, try compiling it. Fix compilation errors and most probably these are only changes needed.
