You are missing the point of how this forum works.
1) you can get help with understanding the theory of something
2) you can get help fixing problems with your code or code you got from somewhere else
3) you can get help with how to debug something you've built or debugging a specific issue.
4) other questions involving something you've worked on and want help getting it to function properly.
What you shouldn't expect is others to design something for you for free. If you want a design done for you, that usually requires hiring someone to do the work.
Step 1: determine what you need the MCU to do - this will tell you what modules the MCU needs to have (ADC, Comparator, Multiplier-Accumulator...), how fast it needs to work, how much memory it needs etc.
Step 2: decide if you want to stick with Microchip or also look at other manufacturers as well
Step 3: go to the appropriate web sites (https://www.microchip.com/ParamChartSearch/chart.aspx?branchID=1005 for Microchip) and search for a MCU that has the required characteristics.
Step 4: select from the available MCU options, download the data sheet and any other relevant documentation and start designing

thannara123 is located in Nedumkandam, India a region know for spice production. Access to more current types of microcontrollers may be limited or expensive.
Suggesting a controller that thannara123 does not have the development tools for or cannot acquire because of price or availability will do him little good. It would be helpful if he could describe or post links to types development tools and controllers available at an affordable cost.
Perhaps the dsPIC30F family of parts are the only controllers available in his region of the world.
