Looks like the code is not open-source.

The LM324 measurement circuit has faults.

The LM324 2.5V reference buffer has - and + inputs swapped.

You using these as comparators ? If so should have some hysterisis implemented
in them using + fdbk

Unlikely. Looks to me like failed differential amplifiers. Otherwise the matched resistor chains are useless.
