ds2760 for thermocouples measurement

Hi !

I tried to use the ds2760 IC for thermocouples measurement.
I found this project in the follow Maxim application notes:

The ICs have some points of no linearity, and this points is different from IC to IC.

I don't know if the problem is in the building process or in the design.
Did anybody use this IC for the thermocouples measurements ?
