Hello,
my name is Ali. can anyone please guide me with circuit diagram with which i can drive a Ultrasonic transducer.
there are various circuits available for driving 40KHz transducer but none for 300KHz.
i just need to drive the transducer and generate US pulse donot need to measure anything.
Please refer to your transducer documentation. You can make a oscillator for 300 kHz and connect the output the oscillator to the transducer. But this is not expected to result in a satisfactory performance unless the two are matched.
The transducer documentation will tell you the kind of voltage and the correct frequency and the waveform (sine wave or simple digital pulses) need to be used.
If you cannot find the proper documentation, you can use a sweep generator and see the exact frequency where the transducer absorbs max energy. You can use that frequency to drive the transducer but the output power may be limited unless you can figure out the input details.
Ultrasonic.. for what?
* cleaning machine?
* image generation?
* data transfer?
* distance measurement?
* to keep animals away..
...
For some applications you need exact frequency, for others not.
For some applications you need pure sine, for others a square wave could work...
How much power? (Voltage, current...)

You want us to do your development? We do all the necessary decisions and calculations?
Someone has to decide:
* drive voltage
* drive signal waveform
* continous wave?
* or pulsed? zerocross start and end? How many pulses?
Till now it is not clear how the driver should work.
But we don´t know your requirements.
We don´t know expectable distance, resolution, accuracy, reflective or not, power supply....
hi,
obviously i dnt want you guys to do developement.i just need help from where i can find out schematic related to drive a transducer.as i mentioned that i dont
want to do anything with the transducer i just want to make it run or just emit US pulses thats it.there are circuit diagrams for 40KHz but none for 300KHz
There's no principle difference between 40 kHz and 300 kHz transducer driving.
Question is if you want to utilize the high driver voltage capability of the transducer (400 Vpp max, e.g. 200 Vpp in the datasheet echo sounder example)? Also if you want to achieve maximal timing resolution respectively shortest possible ring-down?
For high voltage operation and fastest response, you would drive the transducer by a high voltage square wave generator, terminated with characteristic transducer impedance at it's series resonance frequency. It noted 300 to 400 ohm impedance in a previous measurement with this sensor.
